Speaking Kindness on World Refugee Day

„Kindness is fundamental to the human existence.
It is not something that demands hard work. It originates from the simple act of doing no harm to others and It involves judging less.
Kindness does not require you to be of religious faith or even spiritual. Even one of the most spiritual humans on the planet has said: “My religion is very simple. My religion is kindness.” (Dalai Lama)
Embody the smallest acts of kindness into your everyday life and then notice the ripple effects… A tiny event in one region of the globe can have a substantial effect somewhere else.
